Atletico Madrid have fined two of their players – and don’t worry, it ain’t homie Kun Aguero. You know he’s capable of being suspended just for talking to Maradona on the phone. And the text messages they probably exchange…. let’s not go there.
Anyway, the players who’re in hot soup are Maniche and Seitaridis, seen ‘celebrating’ in the photo above. The pair has not been called up to the Atletico first team in recent times due to injury. They were also were missing during the squad’s last home game against Sporting Gijón. The punishment includes a fine and a ten-day suspension. Ironically, both their contracts are set to expire at the end of the season.
