The Master of the Galactico Era – who looks like Harry Potter on perpetual medical leave – will formally announce his decision to contest for the Real Madrid presidency on May 14.
According to Marca, the club’s former sporting director, Jorge Valdano will be given a ‘new role’ – similiar to that of a vice-president. So you can expect Valdano to be Real Madrid’s answer to Adriano Galliani if he wins the seat. Except Valdano is a lot less likely to joke about fat strikers and mess with the fans.
