Anyway, if you’ve been reading us for a while, you’d know all about the Amauri-Brazil-Italy soap opera. It has emerged that the Juve striker is now one step closer to becoming part of Marcelo Lippi’s Azzura as his Italian passport has finally been processed. Or rather, the “official documents are in place”. That took a while, didn’t it?
“The final documents need to reach Brazil. In less than a month, I (can expect to) receive my Italian citizenship,” Amauri told ANSA.
