It’s a few days till the end of the football season, and we’ve already received word about next season’s festivities! So what’s in store? Real Madrid are heading to China for their pre-season tour while Barca will be jet-setting to the USA (according to our friends at the club!)
As for teams in the Premier League, one recurring destination happens to be Malaysia. Not one, but TWO teams have been confirmed to tour sunny Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Arsenal and Chelsea. We know we have many readers in Malaysia, and we’re sure many of you are excited to see your heroes in action!
“Arsenal Football Club has a tradition of playing in Malaysia going back to the 1960s. This is our fourth visit to Malaysia. We last played in Kuala Lumpur in 1999. It will be a wonderful experience for the Club and our players, many of whom will be visiting Malaysia for the first time.”
In the meantime, we’ve also received word that Liverpool will be playing in Kuala Lumpur. So that makes it a total of THREE teams in the Malaysian capital during the month of July. Isn’t that just crazy?
