What’s another year? Some of you may recognise this as a Johnny Logan song, others may think I’ve gone sentimental. It’s just that exactly a year ago on this very Monday the Dutch NT started their World Cup adventure. An adventure that ended abruptly on July 11th… A year later it still hurts a little bit, but it’s also a good moment to look forward. How about another year?
In June 2012 the European Championship will take place in Poland an Ukraine. With great football teams competing, among which both Holland and Spain, this promises to be another exiting tournament. That is, if the hosts will get everything organised in time. While these cows enjoy a bit of peace & quiet an army of people is working very hard to finish all the stadiums in time.
But to put first things first let’s enjoy this summer full of football. With the Gold Cup, the Copa América and the FIFA Women’s World Cup coming up there’s plenty to enjoy for everyone!
