Man United have sent many of their players on a global tour to parade their 19th Premiership Trophy and Futbolita was invited to a Nike event yesterday, where retired but highly-respected goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar was present. Although we were itching to ask about Barca (strictly “off-topic” apparently) van der Sar told Futbolita he still cannot tell the Da Silva twins apart from one another at training. He also believes that Chicharito is the future of the squad… qué guay, tipo! (Watch the video for more)
Interestingly, Man United’s new kit is their most environmentally-friendly one ever and similar to the World Cup jerseys from last year, it is made up of “up to thirteen reclaimed plastic water bottles.”
