Rooney is wearing the new Nike T90 Laser IV boots which will debut on the pitch on September 24 (there were several sightings in yesterday’s afternoon games!) Interestingly, the boot’s remodelled studs are designed to “maximize the speed of penetration and release on pitch without increasing stud pressure for the player.” It will be in stores from October 1 for $249 (€180 /S$309).
