But while the socios are out popping their 1,245th bottle of champagne — clearly you can all start to see a pattern here? The La Liga is starting to morph into that dreary prospect of a two-legged race! It’s the whole socialist debate of ‘the rich getting richer’ in football again and it’s going to kill everyone. Barca and Real’s refusal to share their $150 million TV-rights money means that if the La Liga crumbles, they’ll be the first ones at the bottom! Esto es ridículo!
Meanwhile, at a fiery Real Madrid socio meeting last night, President Florentino Perez defended Jose Mourinho and apparently gave a speech almost inspired by Fascism (hmmm, no surprise there).

Meanwhile, at least Barcelona and Levante are doing something right – the Catalans banned bullfighting forever over the weekend while Levante put up a spirited 3-1 performance against Espanyol.
