There was that funny quote from Bate’s Filipp Rudik at the Barcelona press conference two days ago where he said : “Barcelona’s players are from outer space”. The photo above perfectly describes this. After being hammered 5-0 by the Catalans last night, all poor Aleksandr Gutor could do was to sit down and wonder where it all went wrong as the said creatures walked past him…. pero no te preocupes hombre!
Juan Mata returned to the Mestalla last night to face his former team… and of course, there were mixed emotions about his performance in their 1-1 draw. Great job by Los Che though, especially since they always have a big crowd of Valenciana critics waiting for them after a Champions League match.
The English press already thinks Mata looks like Wayne Rooney (jeebus), so let’s just hope they don’t treat him like that!
