What’s this tipos,… Black Sunday?! No, it’s just Madrid and Barca fighting it out – in black – to see who comes up tops in the Spanish league! And they’re both tied in first spot with Levante after a 4-0 (Madrid) and 1-0 (Barca) victory respectively. Both were away fixtures, so really who cares that Mourinho wasn’t wearing his official club suit?! Anyway, Black is a great colour on just about anybody – including Juande Ramos – so go on and run with it!
The Pied Piper of Higuain did a marvelous job and scored a hat-trick for Madrid while Barca’s resident Brazilian (é claro!), Adriano, scored the loan goal for the Catalans. However you look at it, it’s still three precious points!
Also, it will be be incredibly RUDE to ignore Llorente’s double for Bilbao against Real Sociedad last night, so go on… have a look and enjoy everyone’s favourite Basque Lion before he possibly packs up and leaves in the coming seasons…
