So it rained like a b*tch in San Jose today, which essentially ruined the day for working photographers who needed to snap the Brazilian players during training! Neymar, David Luiz and Fred just wrapped up their press conferences a few hours ago, and (in all seriousness, graças a deus!) Luiz said some very interesting things :
“There is a great responsibility to take over Lucio’s place. It’s a great responsibility to wear the Brazilian shirt and to represent the best football in the world and people (who are) passionate about football. Certainly, I know the responsibility I have in the team.”
As for Neymar, he says there’s “still a long way to go” until he reaches Messi’s level. “There are many things I still lack – there is no comparison and Messi is the best in the world.”
