Everyone wants something out of Cristiano Ronaldo – it’s a matter of admitting it! Of course, you’d beg to differ when it comes to the amount of hair gel and daily serum to apply onto your face, but wouldn’t you want to zoom past the hottest club in town with awesome Romanian house music blasting from your Porsche, as you yell “Olala minha bonitaaaa!”??
In Ronaldo’s case, he’s more of a sappy love songs type of guy and that’s cool and all, but don’t tell that to the 12 boys who got the chance to ‘live the life of Ronaldo!’ in Madrid. These huge ‘Ronaldolitos’ between the ages of 18 to 22 won a competition to be their idol for the day. They trained at professional facilities at Madrid’s Green Channel, had lunch at Asador Donostiarra and even went shopping at Gran via, our favourite street in the whole of Madrid. They should’ve thrown in a club party with thumping Guti clones – it would’ve been absolute perfection!
Gazzetta dello Sport followed Francesco, a huge fan of Ronaldo and who looks eerily like the third wheel of the Kaka/Lucas Piazon combination as he travelled from Italy to Spain, packed his bags and pretended to be like Ronaldo. Well, they should’ve definitely sent some girls to experience this as well – they would’ve kicked ass!
