There were plenty of hilarious celebrations at Real Madrid’s 4-2 win over Levante last night. Naturally, Ronaldo scored a hat-trick and decided it’d be a good idea to jump on his beloved coach (not for long, talvez?), Jose Mourinho. And after scoring the fourth goal in the 66th minute – thanks to Ronaldo’s assist- Benzema celebrated by doing a mid-air twist and even Callejon was caught by surprise. It must’ve been the cold!
Real Madrid are now top of the La Liga table and ten points clear of Barcelona, who lost 3-2 to Osasuna at the weekend. Unfortunate for the Blaugranas, but they’ve got the Copa del Rey within their sights!
Meanwhile, Valencia are now in third place of the La Liga table after their 4-0 win over Sporting Gijon. It’s a fantastic boost for them, especially since they haven’t won a single one of their last 5 games! Sofiane Feghouli, Alberto Botia and Jonas Goncalves all scored to help the Valencianos to the 3 points. Amunt, amunt!
