When Ronaldinho returned to face his former club Flamengo last week, he received a vehemently hostile reception from the fans, who accused him of favouring money (who doesn’t this days?!) over loyalty.
The Atletico Mineiro player walked out on Flamengo after a fall-out with the club’s board in July, and returned for the first time with his new team at the at Joao Havelange Olympic Stadium. Ronaldinho’s excessive partying and late nights were also said to have been cause for worry at Flamengo.
