Barcelona starlet Neymar snapped a candid picture of his girlfriend, Bruna Marquezine, hogging his hairdryer at his home last night.

The actress is in Europe to film scenes for her soap opera, and has been shuttling between filming in Vienna and spending time with her beau in Barcelona in recent weeks.

The 20-year-old, who returned from his international trip with Brazil, posted up the photo of Marquezine drying her hair with the caption: “Because it takes so (long) hahahaa (sic) – 1:30 a.m. drying the hair.”

Yes Neymar, it’s important for a girl to dry her locks during winter, even if it is 1:30 in the morning!

The England squad may have worryingly lost 1-0 to Germany in their final international friendly on Tuesday, but their former captain John Terry was all smiles as he opted to miss the match on TV.

The former England captain and current Chelsea skipper, 32, was seen enjoying a quiet night out with his wife, Toni Poole, while the match was going on.

Hodgson’s side was criticized for a dismal showing against Germany, their second back-to-back defeat in Wembley since 1977.

The match saw Arsenal’s lanky defender Per Mertesacker scoring the only goal in the game, which drew animosity from the England crowd.

However, despite his squad’s loss it was clear that Terry wasn’t interested in being an armchair pundit like his ex-teammate and former England defender Danny Mills.

Mills, who was England’s first-choice right-back at the World Cup in 2002, controversially insisted that Roy Hodgson should ‘get on the phone to John Terry’ and recall him to the squad for Brazil 2014.

Instead on Tuesday, Terry opted to join in on his wife’s ‘girls night out’ after a female friend joined the couple for dinner.

The trio were spotted in London battling the freezing temperatures outside the STK restaurant and bar.

After the Three Lions’ poor showing in recent games, Terry’s leadership skills within the team have been missed.

Ironically, it was England’s FA board who voted to strip Terry of the England captaincy for Euro 2012 after his court trial for racially abusing Anton Ferdinand.

Although Terry was cleared of the charges, he was determined to put the episode behind him and move on with his career without international football.

Cesc Fabregas has been enjoying the perks of fatherhood, including doting on his adorable newborn daughter, Lia.

The Barcelona midfielder’s partner, Daniella Semaan, posted the photo above of father and daughter sleeping in the plane on a flight recently.

The 38-year-old socialite has two children from her previous marriage to Lebanese billionaire Elie Taktouk – a daughter aged 12 and a son aged 9.

However, despite the heartwarming photo, some sections of Fabregas’s ‘fangirls’ have been unhappy about his WAG.

They cited Semaan as a ‘gold digger’ and a woman with no ‘talent and ambition’, according to posts all over social networks such as Tumblr and Facebook.

Daniella has also been accused of using Fabregas to ‘get into the media spotlight’, a claim she has refuted repeatedly.

Fortunately, she can rely on the support of the player’s family and friends, who have stood by her during the difficult times.

Wayne Rooney’s role within the England squad may have been the subject of heated debate, with doubts on whether he will be able to perform as superbly as he does for Man United in Brazil next year.

His best international performance at a tournament was said to be at Euro 2004, when he played just behind Michael Owen.

At the moment, the England team are lacking a good centre-forward who will be able to benefit from the talent of Rooney.

Luckily for the 28-year-old, his ‘biggest fans’ happen to be his two sons Klay and Kai, who dressed up proudly in England’s colours on the day their father took on Germany.

Kai, the older three-year-old, held his brother protectively as he posed in a photo for his mother’s social network account.

Here’s to hoping that they’ll help him figure out a solution for England!
