Rafael van der Vaart’s ex-wife, Sylvie Meis, has spoken up about how her husband’s new relationship with her former best friend, Sabia Boulahrouz, has ‘terrorized’ her.
Rafael began dating Boulahrouz nine months after the explosive end to his marriage to German model, Sylvie, last year.
The interview in ‘Closer’ magazine revealed Sylvie’s anger towards the couple’s lack of concern for Rafael’s son, Damian. While she had formerly wished them well and held up well publicly towards the betrayal, it appears that Sylvie can no longer hold back her anger.
“It’s psychological terror. They were kissing right outside my window. Doing something like that is a sign of bad taste,” she said.
Sylvie was referring to the visits Rafael often made to the family home to see their only son, Damien, and in a more explosive accusation, she accused her former best friend of copying her personal style.
“She dresses like me, uses the same makeup and goes to the same restaurant I eat at three times a week,” said Sylvie, in reference to Sabia.
Above all, what bothers Sylvie the most is the impact of the divorce on her son. In the same interview , Sylvie’s mother, Rita, classified Sabia as a “demon.”
The 35- year-old former WAG still carries Rafael’s wedding ring on a chain around her neck, as a symbol of hope and peace. She recently separated from French billionaire Guillaume Zarka, who was declared bankrupt. “Of course I would prefer to find love , but I am satisfied single. And I’m not all about looks. Of course, it’s nice if the man looks good,” she admitted.
Meanwhile, Sylvie has traveled to the U.S. to promote the musical ‘Rocky’.
The fashion/music/mod lover of Barcelona, Dani Alves, has been posting snaps of himself out with his WAG, Thaissa Carvalho, in Barcelona.
And naturally, everybody brings out their touristy side when they are in such a culturally diverse city, especially if you are playing for one of the top teams, Barcelona.
Alves appeared to visit Parc Guell, one of the city’s landmarks with Carvalho. It’s a long walk up there, but the visit is often worth it!
According to Manchester Evening news, the 31-year-old actress from Brazil speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish, so “language won’t be a barrier”.
Alves and Carvalho met at a 2012 party in Brazil, where she is a well-known soap star.
Man United’s Japanese star, Shinji Kagawa celebrated his birthday in bizarre fashion on Monday.
And despite United’s 3-0 humiliating loss to Liverpool on Sunday, Kagawa was determined not to let it ruin his mood!
The midfielder posed in a series of funny photos to commemorate his 25th birthday party at his home in Manchester.
The Japan midfielder, who turned 25 on Monday, posed for a picture next to a birthday cake featuring a model of him in his United kit and emblazoned with the club and Japanese FA badges.
