Despite their impressive 4-0 thrashing of rivals Real Madrid last weekend, Atletico were unable to replicate that form in the La Liga last night.
They fell to a 0-2 loss against Celta Vigo away and interestingly, it was the first time Atleti had failed to score away since a 0-0 draw at their city neighbours Rayo Vallecano at the end of August. They were sorely missing the services of Koke and the suspended Arda and García.
According to a sportsbook review site, SportsbookNavigator.com, Atletico also have a fair chance of repeating their La Liga title win from last season, but it all depends on the performance of their rivals, Real, who are seven points ahead of them in the title race.

Meanwhile, Lionel Messi scored his 23rd hat-trick on his 300th La Liga appearance for Barcelona who thrashed Levante 5-0 on Saturday.
The result means Barca are once again only a point behind leaders Real Madrid, who beat Deportivo (in front of some disapproving fans) on Saturday.
